Great benefits within a company can boost the moral and the production of the staff. One company in particular continuously ranks in the Top 10 of one of the best companies in the United States to work in year after year. The company, Google. What makes Google so great? Some say its the great atmosphere the open-mindedness of the staff others say its the working environment. The working environment is pretty nice, having spent some time there myself, but what really makes it worth while is there benefit package.
